Downtown Walk to Thrive, 6th & Capitol Streets
Thursdays, May through December, 11:45 a.m.
Take a one-mile walk with a Kaiser Permanente physician during the lunch hour as part of this seasonal program in downtown Sacramento. The downtown program runs May through September during the Farmers Market. Check back for updates on the 2017 walking schedule.
Walk to Thrive, Roseville Galleria
Wednesdays, 8 a.m. & 9 a.m.
There are two walks each Wednesday; the 8 a.m. walk meets at the Dining Terrace on the second floor and the 9 a.m. walk meets on the second floor outside of Sears. Walks are led by various Kaiser Permanente team members, including physicians, health educators and public affairs. Join us on the 4th Wednesday of the month for a special presentation from a KP Doctor!
Stroll to Thrive, Roseville Galleria
Wednesdays, 9 a.m.
Parents and caregivers are invited to bring their young children to these weekly stroller walks. Join us at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays on the second floor outside of Sears for some fitness and friends!
Every Body Walk! app for your phone
Kaiser Permanente’s Every Body Walk! app monitors distance, time, calories burned, and routes. The app allows you set goals, save your progress and share your activities with friends on on social media.
South Sacramento Walk to Thrive, Sam & Bonnie Pannell Community Center
Wednesdays, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Join us each Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. at the Sam & Bonnie Pannell Community Center for a healthy walk (approximately 2 miles) through the Meadowview neighborhood. Look for our monthly schedule of physicians and specialties. You’ll have a chance to talk with the physician during and after the walk.
